bad service for Elite Gold member, nothing made in the room as per the policy despite many reminders. Also, the services for dinning is poor, need to call multiple times and lines to order. The staff didn't support unless you make complaint , no preparation made for receiving gold members.

Pros (+) The staff were very helpful and the room, while limited in size, was very comfortable
Cons (-) The one problem we had was with the taxi drivers with whom one seemed to have to negotiate. It turns out that they do have "meters" but not that are visible... they are located in their iPhones and not apparent to the customer. One therefore assumes one has to negotiate a price.. and the driver we got (to the Opera House) requested over $50 USD equivalent! The hotel needs to warn people of this si...
