Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious in some cases. However, opinions on cleanliness and service were mixed, with several guests reporting issues such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and unresponsive or unfriendly staff. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others found it lacking in quality or variety. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the rooms were highlights, improvements in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality could enhance the guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Great location
Pros (+) Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons (-) Close to the Broadway amenities and clean rooms
Pros (+) I loved it the rooms were modern , nice and clean . The hotel itself was nice . The staff was also very nice. I read reviews on anything that I am about to purchase or at hotels that I will be staying and the reviews on this hotel was spot on. My husband and I normally stay at a Marriot or Holiday Inn whenever we travel however this was a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach for my grandson and his na...
Cons (-) I liked everything about it there was nothing to dislike!!!

Cons (-) We traveled there with our family and it was horrible. We were all itching from bugs, the beds hurt and our neighbor had two dogs that barked all the time. The barking woke our whole family up at two in the morning. We left before dawn it was bad.
Pros (+) Staff was friendly and the place was immaculate
Cons (-) I've booked many hotels and I know that they normally place a hold on your card, but I've always paid $50 or less per night. $75 is a bit excessive and it took a full week for me to get the funds released back to my account.
