Pros: The car was in good condition except for the cigarette smell from the previous renters.Cons: Difficulty accessing anyone by phone; hard to find contact information and difficulty actually getting someone to speak with on the phone, but once I was able to, I was satisfied.

Pros: Car was clean and ran well. Easy check out and check in. Rental is directly across from baggage across a small walkway. We got our luggage, rolled it across the walkway, and were quickly on our way!

Pros: Staff person at pickup was pleasant and polite, although the wait was fairly long(45 minutes).Cons: The car was dirty, including the interior seats. Waits upon pickup and return were unreasonably long. For the money they are making per car and the number of cars they are renting, they are understaffed by about 3 car cleaners and jockeys. I’ve rented hundreds of cars in the past 20 years and have never had to take a car to the car wash after picking it up. Would never go back to that rental shop again! Also, the manager should come and help out, instead of sneaking by to hide in the back room

Pros: Yes it was. They could use more help at the office. They were working their butt's off. But the help gave us great service.Cons: More staffing. But the existing help did a great job!

Pros: My wife mentioned when we got in the car he wasn't too friendly. The car need a car wash . The lady I called said I could drop it off at the airport with no extra charge. Good thing your employee mentioned it was $450 extra to drop it off there . I would have been one extremely PO customer if I did .

Pros: The staff called to say that my reservation was canceled the day I arrived. Hertz had no cars available! which meant my vacation was ruined! Because I needed a car for the scheduled outings!Cons: If I had received what I paid for in advance and if your COMPANY HAD TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY OTHER THAN TO SAY ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM ! Won’t be using your company!!

Cons: Hertz called me the night before my pick up and said they didn’t have a car for me. I would be put on a waiting list. No apology.

Pros: Terrible! We went to check in and was told no car was available even though I booked and paid for it 2 months prior in February. But if I wanted to pay an extra $100 a day on top of the $200 I already paid (for 4 days), a car would be available! It was an awful way to begin our 1st visit to our grandchildren in over a year!Cons: I was told that someone called and left a phone message the day before - which I never saw. And, it was less than 24 hours before my flight landed. I understand there is a shortage of cars due to covid; however, a little more effort on Hertz's part to let me know - another phone call or email? - would've been helpful. Then, when I got home I spent almost 1 1/2 hours on the phone with your customer service to get a refund. Luckily, we were able to get a car from Avis - they will get my business from now on,

Pros: Absolutely horrible!Cons: They called me and told me that they didn't have a car for me! Why have a confirmed reservation only to be told they don't have a car! Also extremely poor communications and absolutely no follow up! Called Hertz customer service and they were the same! Said very sorry and never had their supervisor call me back!

Pros: Nothing. I made a reservation a month in advance. A few days before my trip, Hertz phoned to say they had no car for me.Cons: I could have gotten the car I reserved. I ended up finding a U Haul moving van. It was a bad experience in every way. I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode. They took the reservation, but did not keep the reservation!
