Waited 3 hours for a car… which was not an SUV like I requested.. got told I was picking up at the wrong site. Had to call and switch over my reservation and went from being charged $345 to $746 but they actually charged my card $993. Will be calling today to get my money back.Reviewed 2022 May 10

I like that pick up was easy. No upsetting pressure. I like that drop off was easy. Just drop off in the parking lot and hand the keys over to attendant. What made this experience really sour was the condition of the car. All, I mean every single seat back and front was heavily stained. The windows were so dirty we could not see well when the sun shone through. Truly not worth the money, which we know is too much these days.Reviewed 2022 May 10

Kayak had me book for a rental car from a different site than the airport, which resulted in me needing to take a taxi off the airport to go get the rental car when there was a rental office at the airport. Then I had to arrange for a ride from the off site rental location to the airport. I also had to return the car hours before my flight because the rental office closed at 1:00 on Sundays.Reviewed 2022 May 09
