I was charged an extra $59 because I used a debit card. I was told that because I had a debit card and not cc they had to physically speak to my insurance agent...at 6pm on a Saturday. After arriving at the Route 501 location in MB, I was informed they did not have the car we reserved and was told to proceed to MBI Airport to exchange the vehicle. I arrived and had to wait about an hour to exchange the vehicle after management spoke to the Route 501 location. I was then assigned a bigger vehicle, which I loved, but the battery was dead. Back to the office to get another vehicle of the same make amd model, but was delayed another 45 minutes. That car had extremely dirty windows, but was otherwise clean. Was a bit disappointed about the overall experience, but understood it wasn't the office personel's fault at the airport.Reviewed 2021 Oct 01

The car was extremely small! And we dropped at airport on 9/23 and my card is still being charged the daily fee as if we still have it! Definitely a breakdown of communication, very disappointed in this experience!Reviewed 2021 Sep 27

At the airport they did not want to rent us a car since it was not the location indicated on the initial reservation. Finally we did another reservation more expensive. Then we had a flat tire and we had to change the car. Both cars where not cleaned properly.Reviewed 2021 Sep 12

We had to wait five hours for a car we had reserved weeks ahead of time. Total management failure. At the cost we paid, it should have been delivered to our hotel ahead of time. Hertz is typically a good company...this was a total joke and wasted an entire day om my vacation.Reviewed 2021 Sep 10

Hundreds of people waited for 4+ hours for their RESERVED cars but never got them. There weren’t any cars. I was personally left stranded out of town for 3 days with no car until I finally found a car with another company. Hertz & Kayak are taking peoples money KNOWING there are no cars available.
