I had reserved a Chevy Tahoe which is a full size suv and when I got there they told me that the only thing they had was a Hyundai palisade that according to them it is in the same category as the Chevy Tahoe and when I tried to explain to the person that there is no way them two cars where similar at all she said she didn’t have time for that and and that they never had any Chevy Tahoe then I said that the were doing false advertisement and were stealing from people because I was being charged for a Chevy Tahoe or “similar”she said that “it was ok” literally her words. was very rude and just said that if I wasn’t happy with the car I was given just to return it. At that point I just realized nothing was going to be done to help my situation and just decided to politely end the call.Reviewed 2024 Aug 13

I was charged an extra $59 because I used a debit card. I was told that because I had a debit card and not cc they had to physically speak to my insurance agent...at 6pm on a Saturday. They would not accept my insurance information or declaration page either. Very disappointed, will never use again.Reviewed 2022 Oct 24

Pros:The car was in good condition except for the cigarette smell from the previous renters.Cons:Difficulty accessing anyone by phone; hard to find contact information and difficulty actually getting someone to speak with on the phone, but once I was able to, I was satisfied.Reviewed 2021 May 18

Pros:Car was clean and ran well. Easy check out and check in. Rental is directly across from baggage across a small walkway. We got our luggage, rolled it across the walkway, and were quickly on our way!Reviewed 2021 May 10

Pros:Staff person at pickup was pleasant and polite, although the wait was fairly long(45 minutes).Cons:The car was dirty, including the interior seats. Waits upon pickup and return were unreasonably long. For the money they are making per car and the number of cars they are renting, they are understaffed by about 3 car cleaners and jockeys. I’ve rented hundreds of cars in the past 20 years and have never had to take a car to the car wash after picking it up. Would never go back to that rental shop again! Also, the manager should come and help out, instead of sneaking by to hide in the back roomReviewed 2021 May 09

Pros:My wife mentioned when we got in the car he wasn't too friendly. The car need a car wash . The lady I called said I could drop it off at the airport with no extra charge. Good thing your employee mentioned it was $450 extra to drop it off there . I would have been one extremely PO customer if I did .Reviewed 2021 May 02

Pros:The staff called to say that my reservation was canceled the day I arrived. Hertz had no cars available! which meant my vacation was ruined! Because I needed a car for the scheduled outings!Cons:If I had received what I paid for in advance and if your COMPANY HAD TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY OTHER THAN TO SAY ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM !
