Booked a reservation but when I got to the counter I found out that there was no car available for me to rent. I had reserved a mid-size SUV. My arrival at MYR was at 5pm. there were no mid-size SUV available. I had accidentally left my phone at home in KY so needed a car with GPS. I was told by the older man manager that they did not have GPS in their cars. Except for one which was a large SUV KIA Telluride. I am a small women and did not want to drive that exceptionally large tank of a car. Finally a young woman named Melissa came to my rescue and offered to print out the directions so I could find my way to my sister's in the dark. A huge thank you to the young woman who took the time to help me ...but I still did not get the car I had reserved and had to take a smaller car that could not accommodate my ailing sister and brother-in-law, which is why I was even in MYR in the first place. I will not rent from Alamo ever again.Reviewed 2024 Feb 10
