Pros:The registration people were nice, but they had a new computer system and it took about 45 minutes to get our documents.Cons:They didn't have the vehicle I had requested and upgraded me to a truck, which was enormous to park and had no place to lock our luggage. Pros:N/aCons:When I arrived I waited 15 minutes only to be told there was a 30-45 minute wait for a car even though I had a reservation. I was able to get a car within 10 at Hertz, so I canceled my Dollar reservation.Reviewed 2019 Jul 23

Pros:Counter person was very good/excellent. Friendly, efficient, professional.and well organized. A pleasure. Parking lot attendant weary and indifferent. Seemed inconvenienced to review small dent and scrape. Good car.Cons:Weather could have been cooler. Otherwise very good experience. Nissan Sentra had very slight irregularity with transmission.
