The line to check in was ridiculously long, the longest I have ever seen. It took 45 minutes to reach the counter. The line was as long when we returned the car. My father had a separate contract and wanted to pay cash, but couldn’t wait in such a long line. The counter outside to pick up the car was overwhelmed and we had to wait 30 minutes for one of our cars to be ready. There was no area to sit or get out of the sun.3.6 Poor

I was expecting to rent an Audi A3 manual convertible or equivalent, but when I arrived at the pickup, the only car available was a Fiat automatic convertible. I find it a leap to say these cars are equivalent. The trip was to tour though Tuscany mountainside. The little Fiat automatic was not up to the challenge and not what I was expecting.Europcar

My flight got in two hours late so they apparently gave my car away. I looked on the website and the car I was given was a third of the price of the car I had booked.
