It didn’t say in the website that you have to bring you credit card (like phisically), I always pay with apple pay and we had a little problem with that during the pick up… it should be specified.Reviewed 2023 Mar 16

terrible customer service, was told to read the "fine print" and couldn't rent the car due to some restrictions that should have been clearly stated to customers instead of hidden in the "fine print".Reviewed 2022 Jul 20

I reserved an automatic car and was told by hertz that Kayak always has this problem with reservation. I was given a manual car, had to pay extra to get the one I want. Ended up $100 over the quoted price. Not sure who needs to see this. I hope it get resolved for future customers.Reviewed 2022 Jul 09
