We booked a small car, Opel Corsa or similar and they had a Corsa in the lot and two Lacia Yipsilon but they gave us a crossover vehicle called DR which was very large and extremely slow which made going up and down hulls practically dangerous as the car barely made it. For paying so much and not getting anything close to what we ordered felt lile we got a bait and switch from the company. Upon return of the vehicle the office was closed so there was no one to explain this to. Ended up being charged over $200 for less than 24 hours for a vehicle that nearly got us into an accident due to its poor functionality.Reviewed 2024 Sept 07

I waited in the queue for one hour and when I was there he refused to rent me the car because my license is not international however two companies they gave me a Rent-A-Car on my Jordanian license so it’s either early on they should mention that or he should be doing what others are doingReviewed 2022 Oct 24

Pros:Did not except free upgrade coupon. Quote rate was $105 final rate was was $214. Misleading. I’m a gold member with Hertz and was treaded very poorly. Said no upgrade was available and they had about 50-75 cars in the lot.Cons:Gave me the free upgrade that Hertz gave me as a reward. Charged me the quoted rate. Pros:Staff was fairly friendlyCons:They didn’t have the car we booked. So instead we ended up with a Renault Kadjar, which is by far the worst car I’ve ever drive. Bulky, uncomfortable, and the transmission was atrocious. All because they didn’t have what we actually booked.Reviewed 2019 Sept 28
