Pick up was easy tho they really pushed additional insurance that I had already purchased. Car was nice a BMW X1. They didn’t advise on how the GPS worked. Tried to Nav and worked intermittently and even home changed language it was still hit or miss on what we would hear if it worked.Reviewed 2026 Jun 15

The guy behind The desk threatened me with over 10000 USD invoives If I don't take his insurance with 2-3000 USD self coverage. I did show him receipt that I already have insurance (taken at the time of reservation, with full coverage). BUT he just continued pushing and threatening. If I would not have been experienced travellel and refused, he would have charged 150 USD for nothing! EXTREMELY poor behaviour!!! Never again.Reviewed 2025 Jul 26

We booked a small car, Opel Corsa or similar and they had a Corsa in the lot and two Lacia Yipsilon but they gave us a crossover vehicle called DR which was very large and extremely slow which made going up and down hulls practically dangerous as the car barely made it. For paying so much and not getting anything close to what we ordered felt lile we got a bait and switch from the company. Upon return of the vehicle the office was closed so there was no one to explain this to. Ended up being charged over $200 for less than 24 hours for a vehicle that nearly got us into an accident due to its poor functionality.Reviewed 2024 Sept 07

I waited in the queue for one hour and when I was there he refused to rent me the car because my license is not international however two companies they gave me a Rent-A-Car on my Jordanian license so it’s either early on they should mention that or he should be doing what others are doingReviewed 2022 Oct 24
