Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, which is ideal for exploring Mysore and close to key attractions. Some guests found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and appreciated the helpfulness of certain staff members. The breakfast and food offerings received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the buffet and others disappointed by quality or variety. Service quality varied, with some staff described as courteous and attentive, while others were inattentive or slow. Cleanliness and room size were also inconsistent, with several guests noting issues such as dirty rooms, stained furnishings, or small spaces. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and amenities are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
