Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. The service and friendliness of the staff were frequently highlighted as standout features, with many guests noting the warm welcome and helpfulness. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned, with rooms and common areas generally described as tidy and well-maintained. However, several guests complained about noise issues, particularly poor sound insulation and street noise, as well as the lack of air conditioning in some rooms. Breakfast received positive feedback for its quality and variety, though a few noted limited space or availability during peak times. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.
