This was really like an Air BnB more than a hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, I left my luggage after checking out and they stored it for me and brought it out when I needed it later. The location is very convenient to the port and downtown area. For me this was nice but not so important, I would have chosen a quieter part of the city even if it meant a longer walk to get to the ferry/por...

Cons (-) No wifi in room. The front door would not lock, very unsecured. There were mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was tiny and you had to step over a bidet to get into the shower. The heater didn't work.The employees were rude
