The feature i liked best was the informal atmosphere.
There was nothing to dislike.
Very good location, between railway station and old streets. The hotel is in a small street, rather quiet in spite of the central location. The internal decoration is handsome, service is good in general. Naples is an inexpensive city, with fantastic cultural heritage (the old streets, Vesuvio, Pompei, Herculanum -- and the National Archeological Museum, don't miss the wonderful Roman frescoes!).
The washbasin (water draining) in the bathroom was a little bit blocked. Breakfest is rather miserable (a very common thing in Italy). But above all, Napoli's streets are nowadays full of rubbish heaps (problem with the Mafia). But this is not a problem of this hotel in particular.
The hotel is close to the railway station and not far from the historical center.
very dangerous location! Familiarity and rudeness of the staff. One night the receptionist rushed into the room without any warning or knocking about 5am! it's outrageous! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to stay at this hotel! If only for one night to take the train to another place
English: Very nice!
niente di negativo, ma forse la collazione potrebbe avere un'iogurtino!
Near Stazione Centrale
Hotel is not 300 metres from the train station as stated, closer to 1km. Reception was rude and unprofessional, room was dirty as was the bathroom. Very ugly decor. Breakfast was terrible, waiter was possibly mentally retarded, more concerned about getting people's room number than remembering their coffee orders. The only friendly staff at the hotel is the cleaners. Avoid at all costs.
Nice, renovated hotel.
Very unpleasant surroundings.
Very nice room at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful and friendly
It is located in a horrible area!
Well equipped and clean room, good service and a kind and helpful staf.
Breakfast buffet not sufficient to our standard.
Staff was very friendly
The hotel is in a bad location
