Pros (+) Shuttle bus was free and convenient . We really appreciated the airport service.

Pros (+) Picked this hotel mainly due to the location close to the airport due to my early flight and the hotel has a free shuttle service. Also a plus was the great spa on the second floor.

Pros (+) Unlike many of Narita hotels, it's right by Narita station, so that you don’t have to rely on holel' s shuttle bus to move around. Restaurant on the 1st floor is reasonable. Large buth on the 2nd floor was comfortable.

Pros (+) I wholeheartedly agree with Rachael's review: it's well located, clean, and staff is very friendly (they found some valuables we forgot). For some it could be a challenge to get down from the station to the hotel: the escalator is only going upwards. Perhaps the current works at that entrance will alleviate this. One can't blame this on the hotel though, it's the station itself.
Cons (-) It's tiny, very tiny. A double bedroom is in fact half a single bedroom, with just an arm's length to the wall. Getting two Western people in that bed is a challenge. Even the the Japanese would consider the room somewhat restrictive spatially.
Pros (+) It was nice to be able to hop off the train and walk less than 5 minutes to our hotel. Overall the location and staff get 5 stars! They were very friendly. Tooth brush, hair tie and slippers provided in the room. The room was very clean also! We felt like we got a steal considering how nice it was for what we paid. I would stay here again and would reccomend it to anyone on a quick layover or look...
Cons (-) The only things I didn't like about this hotel were the tiny rooms (but let's be honest, there's a lot to see in Narita and you'll only be there to sleep) and they charge you 1000yen to extend your check out time for every hour.
