Pros:The room was clean and comfortable, and like other airport hotels in Tokyo, was capable of being completely blacked out with sliding shutters.
Cons:I paid for a room that included breakfast for a day stay on a 13.5 hour layover, but breakfast stopped at 930. I arrived at 10. The restaurant wasn't even open, so I had to eat food from the lobby convenience store, which was only okay. Since this hotel offers day stays for such travelers, they should have better hours for the restaurant, or not charge people for meals they can't eat. My room was right next to the elevator and quite noisy, so luckily I had earplugs. Also, when I walked up the staff was unfriendly, saying that rooms were all booked before I could even say I had a reservation. Even when I did say I had a reservation, the lady seemed like I might not be able to get a room, and overall seemed unenthusiastic about helping me. This attitude was definitely a strange anomaly to encounter in Japan, not at all the usual level of politeness, so they should probably improve their customer service.

Pros:This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at in Japan (we went to Hokkaido for tourism) and it included a free airport shuttle, breakfast, and lots of toiletries — even a razor — which we really needed. Great value for the price.

Pros:Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable. We missed the airport shuttle but a couple of mins so they gave us a complementary taxi voucher. This hotel is the best value for money on our 1 month travels!

Pros:Close to airport, free shuttle to and from airport, narita station and shopping mall.. Which all other hotels around the airport offer for free as well.
Cons:Arrived at 12 pm front desk lady tried to get me to pay 700 yen per hour and check early, all I wanted to do was to leave my bags and go out to eat. Hotel is our dated, not Japanese cleaning quality at all. Room was too small, tv is micro screen smaller than your pc monitor!!

Pros:Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent value. Free shuttle from airport. Very close to the airport. Restaurant and garden on premises. Kimonos provided for each guest to use during stay. Would stay there again.
Cons:Dirty air vent. Bathroom floor and sink were not as clean as they could have been. No wash rags. Could feel springs through mattresses. Only one pillow per guest.

Pros:No frills hotel, I got 2 nights for $60ish USD, cheaper than the capsule hotel and probably more comfortable than the capsule. Employees were great. There's a 7/11 in walking distance.
Cons:None really, except the mainland Chinese guests. Rude and loud. Can't really do anything about that.

Pros:Close to Narita airport. Nice to have a free shuttle into the city of Narita itself. Lunch buffet was limited in selection but staff was very hard working and being extremely helpful and gracious.
Cons:This hotel is geared for large group travel or business travel requiring no more than two days maximum. Lobby was extremely noisy by a large group of mainland Chinese while the staff did nothing to quite them. They said it was normal. The bathroom in our room had mold and mildew along the walls. We experience an earthquake during our stay (7.8 at the epicenter) and was surprises to find the elevators still operating. The staff did not contact any guest, regarding the earthquake, either by phone or in person to see if guest and building was well. We have had experience with earthquakes and their reaction is surprising
