Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the airport and the beautiful ocean views from terraces and rooms. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several appreciated the unique colonial charm of the property. However, accessibility is a major concern, with numerous reviews mentioning the many stairs and lack of elevators, making it difficult for guests with mobility issues. Breakfast is frequently criticized for being basic or unsatisfactory, and while some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, others report inconsistent or poor service. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its views and charm, but not for those needing easy access or a hearty breakfast.
