Pros (+) I variety of the food, nice staff and beautiful water.
Cons (-) My sisters sink was faulty foul smelling water would rise when the water was turned off. There was construction going on and my dad was locked out of his room because the lock malfunction and although the staff was able to fix the lock it was still an inconvenience.

Pros (+) The food was ok. Stayed at other RIU's, like Cabo, which has better amenities and food choices.
Cons (-) Staff would tell you to cover up in the lobby, walking from the pool or Beach. Are you serious, this is a beach resort, if people want to walk through the lobby with a swimsuit on, or shirtless, why not? There is no thermostat control on the A/C in the rooms, it's either full on cold or you have to turn the unit off. There are not enough outlets in the room, bring a surge protector with multiple p...
