Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to malls, restaurants, and other amenities, making it easy to get around. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the comfort of the newly renovated areas. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, presence of pests, and outdated furnishings. Several guests were dissatisfied with the amenities, noting problems with the bathroom, kitchen equipment, and lack of basic supplies. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding the beds comfortable while others reported issues. Overall, while the location and room size were strong positives, cleanliness and amenities need improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews
