The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to find out information to help us with our onward travel on numerous occasions. A very pleasant clean room at an affordable and reasonable price.

The Suite was clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, near Nessebar but not far from Ravda resort either. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks good English. The services and the pool were great.

The staff is agreable and hospitable. The rooms are quite large for a 2 stars classification (about 18sqm), well equiped with bathroom, AC and a small refrigerator. You may use the terrace and the pool for relaxing (I preferred the beach). The hotel has a good position, close to the beach (2-3 min. walk). The beach is not very large, but clean, it has also a free area close to the water, a little bit busy during peak hours. Old city Nessebar can be reached by bus or even by foot (45 min. walk). There is also a good choice of small restaurants all along the beach.

There are still works in the surroundings, so there is some noise during the day.The double room's balcony is very narrow, I used it just for hanging wet stuff. The breakfast could be improved. I had to ask for changing the bedding and towels after a few days, but this was promptly done.
