No air conditioning working but solutions found due to helpful staff. General up keep condition of hotel is not that good, you can tell it is a season hotel. But great location and nice pool and roof/lounge area

The location of the hotel is perfect - near Nessebar island and in the same time near the beach. I was lucky to have a room at the fourth flor with island view. Big, clean, comfortable and quiet room, discreeet and kind staff, nice swiming pool and sky bar on the roof of the hotel, perfect elevators - are some of the assets of this hotel. Also, a plus for the architecture of the hotel.
Nothing unpleasant. Just two advices - the breakfast could be more diversified, and a small shop in the hotel could be useful.

Cosy hotel, not very close to the old city as was mentioned on the site, but fairly situated in the neighbourhood.
The breakfast was not very rich. Poor selection of fruits. The pool has been closed from 7 p.m. We could not let the car there for 2 more hours after check out, even offering to pay for this. We could not pay by card without having a tax of 2.5% about which I never heard about it when I made other payments in Bulgaria. We could not pay in euros. Overall, staying in this hotel was a satisfactory experience.

It's very close to the old city as well as to the beaches. The rooms are comfortable with seaview and to the old town.
The meals were very bad.
