Cons (-) The staff were not very Friendly, the beds are horrible. Rock hard mattresses even onsoftest setTing, I cancelled my 2nd night and stayed at hotel nearby. Cheaper rate much better bed

Cons (-) The breakfast buffet charged my card 2 times. Once for the cost of breakfast totaling 49.95 and they also charged my card an additional 495.95 and failed to tell me they made a mistake. Now I am trying to get the money back from the hotel.
