Pros (+) Excellent facility and service. Staff are genuinely friendly and very eager to please. Food quality and variety outstanding and great value. Good wifi connectivity from my room. Ample tv station choice with several English news and movie options. Check out efficient with correct billing. Partner does business in Delhi regularly and this has been his best trip yet due to satisfaction with the hotel...
Cons (-) Only setback may be attention to detail during room cleaning. Carpets in particular do not receive vacuuming as required. Location is perfect for business in Okhla area, but little else otherwise. Taxi journeys are 35 min to get anywhere of tourist interest, but I do recognise this is a business hotel.
