Pros (+) Most everything, but esp the breakfast.
Cons (-) Slow room service when I needed it fast.
Pros (+) Service and location are excellent.
Cons (-) A bit dated, but good service. Omelette in the Club lounge was terrific but staff was stretched too thin. Our main issue is that the hotel needs a major update, even though existing old facilities still are well maintained and retain charm. The service was very good. Its still a race between the Taj and the Leela Palace, but the the Leela feels more up to date.
