Pros (+) Location to French Quarter.
Cons (-) Hotel had lots of maintenance issues. Our first room had a broken TV. Our second room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling at 1am. The hotel is right downtown and there is lots of noise. Don’t stay here with young children. Hotel is pet friendly but you will need to walk a distance to find somewhere for dog to use bathroom. Good hotel for a younger crowd. But they need to work on all the issues.

Pros (+) This place was very pleasing to the eye. I loved how colorful and eccentric this hotel was. I got stranded in New Orleans for the night and it was the perfect getaway. It was close enough to walk to burbon st in 10 minutes or less. And far enough away to not be in the mix. Also a free drink!!! Can’t beat that ! The room was just gorgeous overall and I would love to stay again!
Cons (-) Needs mini fridge and microwave in room.

Pros (+) No closets. Very little storage in the room. Reception desk is the bar.
Cons (-) An aroma is intentionally pumped into the reception area. We had a problem with our room almost every day. Trash from previous occupant first day. Clogged shower drain, head board falling off, drapes falling off, no towels, outlet over heated and burned me, etc. designed for millennials but also ran by them, I.e. People with little experience.
