The gentleman at check-in was accomodating and friendly. The House is Beautiful, and the location is great
The blanket on the bed smelled of urine, so badly we took it and the top sheet off the bed, causing us to have to sleep without A/C. The smell of urine grew stronger and I soon realized it was also in the carpet which was filled with crumbs
Hotel had true New Orleans charm! Location was perfect within walking distance of the French market but not in the party zone. Staff was awesome super helpful in what to see and how to get there.
Room was small but that wasn't really a bad thing seeing all we did was sleep there.
The location. We went for Mardi Gras and it is about 4 blocks away from bourbon street.
the room was small, no safe, no radio/alarm clock. Also the floor is brick (similar to the outside) so we could not walk around inside without shoes on.
Location and comfortable bed.
Tiolet flap did not work properly, but was manageable
The room was literally the size of a closet. And dirty from the guest before. The room was not even advertised on their website but all the other spacious ones were. It was false advertising
I thought the hotel would be nicer for the price. We stayed two nights and did not get the room done. They never brought clean towels or anything to the room. We had to pay a extra fee to park the car. I read on the hotel information there was limited.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. It was cozy. It had a lot of charm.
Location was fantastic, breakfast was outstanding! Room was clean and easy to sleep in with cold ac and full curtains. Charming and safe!
Very impressed by the guest house in every way. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We took our breakfast in the courtyard, where we met other guests that were wonderful. We will continue to book here for our next trip. Thank you!
The breakfast was great!
I was suppose to get a balcony in my room and was informed no balcony room. Eventually I did get the correct room
Very quaint and charming
The parking was atrocious, we were blocked in by another vehicle at time of departure which made us late for an event. The tub did not drain unless you held up the plug.
Location: walking distance to great neighborhoods and attractions
First night placed in a tiny room that was extremely noisy. Huge racket in the morning during breakfast time that made it impossible to sleep in. Rooms were never really cleaned during stay and there were insects in the room.
