Great location. Good sized room. Parking accommodations considering location.
Price was ridiculous.
Price and Location
This property is in serious need of a renovation. Carpets are dirty and stretched. Decor is outdated and shabby. The restaurant is not operating. The mattress was painfully old. I requested more pillows because the two provided were insufficient. They never arrived. I called down again to request more and the desk agent finally brought them which means she was the only one on staff. One of the elevators was out of service. It was overall a depressing place to stay.
Very friendly staff at the front desk
The elevator was not working most of the time
Omni Royal Crescent Hotel
Nice hotel near the French Quarter. Comfortable rooms. Walking distance to to Canal and Bourbon street.
Clean, comfortable rooms at a good rated. Ideal location.
Nice hotel, but wifi does not work
Clean, relatively quite location, safe. Walking distance from several excellent restaurants.
Wifi never worked very well in my room. The signal was just too weak. I always had to go to the hallway to send/receive emails. Their technical support tried to help over the phone, but with no luck. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but may not be a good choice if you need Wifi.
In Need of Repair
The box spring had no skirt. The ceiling had multiple holes in the plaster. The carpet was torn up in spots. The sheets were stiff. The bathroom had a hole punched into the ceiling tiles to expose the sprinkler. The room looked very dingy.
Location and price were good.
Bathroom is too small and only a half glass door for the shower.
Awesome stay and big rooms
So much history to see in New Orlenes. Pet friendly and close to everything. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
Elevator was small
Very friendly staff.
Only complaint was that room was not cleaned on two occasions
Omni Royal Crescent - FAN!!
Location Clean Staff
We were happy with the hotel.
Location. Good size room and a comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious, burcouldvr benefitted from more counter space and a soap holder in the shower.
They did not follow their own green towel policy and I was given fresh, new towels each day despite having hung mine and not left them on the floor. Lame 'pool'.
The location and the service.
i liked the room but im having problems with the hotel itself..i have already come home(a different state) & my bank keeps telling me the hotel is still taking from my account...im not happy with the situation i have been put in,therefore i will not be recommending any omni hotels.
toilet was broken
