Cons:The hallway carpeting definitely needed cleaning and had me a little worried until I got to my room to see how clean it was. (Probably due to being such a value-priced hotel right across the street from UD.) Exterior landscaping could use some work, especially in the rear parking lot. My room was closer to that rear door, but as a single woman traveling alone I didn't really feel comfortable parking back there with overgrown brush and little lighting.
Cons:Even though I was in a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
Cons:Room was very humid when we arrived and our bedding was extremely damp. We asked the front desk for new bedding and they had one set left and gave it to us. They were very friendly, it just was somewhat uncomfortable the rest of the night since the mattress protector was also damp and we couldn't change that. The beds are on the harder side, but that's just preference. The AC unit would kick on about every 10 minutes and was so loud it made my husband and I jump every time it came on. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep that night.
