Pros (+) My room was clean, very well appointed with modern, coordinating furniture and crisp linens. Bed was very, very comfortable. TV was a large (48"?) flat panel with a high quality digital picture. The room was also very well lit in all areas, with both overhead and ambient lighting. Plenty of room in my standard room with 2 queens. Refrig was nice surprise. Restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) The hallway carpeting definitely needed cleaning and had me a little worried until I got to my room to see how clean it was. (Probably due to being such a value-priced hotel right across the street from UD.) Exterior landscaping could use some work, especially in the rear parking lot.
