Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Delicious pho for breakfast!! Across the street from a very nice beach. They are building two more hotels right next to that one though, so it probably will get crowded within 6 months. It's only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful park. Lots of restaurants and food carts in the area
Cons (-) There was a gap between the wall and the bath tub in my bathroom, but don't think it's in all rooms. I was never able to turn the water on the full power because of it. There housekeeping is not as attentive to details, sand and dust on hard to reach places. But I'm sure they will figure it out soon, the industry is still very new to them
