The room was great, but service was terrible. When we checked in, almost 9 pm, we asked at the front desk where we could have dinner outside of the hotel, and they told us to google it. We spent there two nights, and they didn’t clean our room, so we had to sleep on an untidy bed the second night. I found one of the front desk workers to be very unfriendly. She was a blonde with slightly curly hair that was pulled back. She was very dismissive with my questions. The day of check out, our bus back to New York was delayed. I called to ask for a 1/2 hour -1 hour extension in the room and she promptly and proudly said “ NOPE we don’t allow that. Pros (+) Overall a really hotel hotel with lots to do and all the modern conveniences. Loved the room and the atmosphere, we will definitely be back.
Cons (-) A/C in room didn't work that well, we were a little hot sleeping.

Pros (+) Rooms were very nice, very close to the falls. Lobby bar had an awesome bartender who knew the area.
Cons (-) Smoking everywhere, this kept us in our room and out of the hotel. Which was fine but would have liked to enjoy the hotel a little more.
