The room was great, but service was terrible. When we checked in, almost 9 pm, we asked at the front desk where we could have dinner outside of the hotel, and they told us to google it. We spent there two nights, and they didn’t clean our room, so we had to sleep on an untidy bed the second night. I found one of the front desk workers to be very unfriendly. She was a blonde with slightly curly hair that was pulled back. She was very dismissive with my questions. The day of check out, our bus back to New York was delayed. I called to ask for a 1/2 hour -1 hour extension in the room and she promptly and proudly said “ NOPE we don’t allow that. My stay was very good. The Cave if winds is an excellent place to go to see the Niagara Falls.
Cons (-) Cigarette smoke smell as soon as I enter the hotel lobby.King size room was pretty good!
Pros (+) Overall a really hotel hotel with lots to do and all the modern conveniences. Loved the room and the atmosphere, we will definitely be back.

Pros (+) Rooms were very nice, very close to the falls. Lobby bar had an awesome bartender who knew the area.
