Pros (+) The cleanliness is amazing.
Cons (-) No car parking and no cooperation with nearest parking lot, so guest must pay parking by themselves. The toilet inside was small, and even though the location was OK, the access to hotel were small roads fully occupied by motorcycle and street-seller.
