Pros (+) The indoor pool was great. Beds were very comfy and the staff friendly.

Pros (+) the woman at the front desk was apologetic and friendly.
Cons (-) We had to wait a very long time to get our room keys. She was having a difficult time with the computer system and couldn't get us checked in. There was a sticky film all down the lobby floor. The pool and spa were closed for repairs.
