Pros (+) Elevator is really slow. Rooms smell like cat urine. The building needs to be updated. Staff are friendly. The mamager is very helpful and courteous.
Cons (-) The price for the room was too high considering the state of the hotel building. I have stayed at places in thos condition for a lot less.

Cons (-) The elevators were very slow. The waffle maker in the lobby destroyed on waffle after another. The biscuits were hard.
