Pros (+) Excellent location, limited free parking
Cons (-) Rooms are small and outdated, bed was very uncomfortable, one stairway is very uneven under the thick carpet, breakfast options are very limited compared to other similar hotels.

Pros (+) Great breakfast buffet with fried eggs, toast, mushrooms, beans and more, very vegetarian friendly. Tower room was great with water views, big and comfortable.
Cons (-) Parking free has only 8 spots available though public parking is available also right there with just a pound per hour needing to be paid only between 9 and 6.

Cons (-) -- Weird way to get to the rooms, you go to the back, past the bathrooms, and then up these stairs that looks more like a servants entry.
