Generally a great place to stay
Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast and very helpful and kind kitchen staff.
Other staff was was so so. We were told the wrong floor for our room when we checked in and when we walked past the elevator because we doubted room number 120 was on the second floor the front desk person sassily called over to us. Even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door the room was serviced and the AC was turned way down. When we checked out I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before I just wrote a note about checking out and left. We've stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. Overall, a good hotel, this experience was just a little weird. Also, note that the first floor is a little noisy (traffic & people coming in) but other floors are fine.

Beautiful hotel. obviuosly well managed and staffe
2 out of 4 light bulbs were out. Advise giving a good hand full of bulbs to someone and have them check them all.

Wonderful surprise
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the suite was that we stayed in. My fiancé and I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn and it was a last minute booking, so we weren't exactly expecting quality but it was! Since we got in at 2:00am, we asked for a late checkout and the staff completely understood and allowed us to choose the checkout time! I had never had that gape at other hotels. I enjoyed the breakfast and found that there was a variety to choose from.
There wasn't much seating for breakfast and ended up sitting on the couch and used the coffee table, which wasn't the most comfortable way to eat.
