The location is great, short walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and restaurants. Free parking. The room was not the best, bathroom was dirty, there was sand on the shower from previous party. AC was very loud. Pillows where not comfortable, and out of the pillowcase where very stained. It's old. It's dated. But, the ac worked great. The water was hot, good pressure. Ask for housekeeping. Zee is the man .
