Location and front desk staff
Wires exposed on floor lamp; ice bucket had trash and food in it. Only one coffee packet; asked for towels, not received had to go to front desk; housekeeping entered room while occupied without knocking; breakfast was greatly lacking
It was clean
They would not give us our deposit due to saying our room smelled like smoke. Seeing how we did not smoke in the room and stayed two nights. Im super upset they just lied and kept my money. Will never stay there again.

The shower experience. It was really nice. Blow dryer, awesome. Plenty of towels and pillows.
The room was smelly and the doors were so loud and squeaky. I had to remedy both of those issues in order to sleep well. It smelled like ashtray when I arrived and smelled like a cupcake when I left. The neighbors were loud.
The first 3 rooms I was sent to were dirty. I was checking in around 4:00 in the afternoon. Cleaning staff had not finished with them. The young lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic. Not a 2.5 star place to stay.
The fact that once I was asked for my credit card, $100 were held for incidentals but I was never told until it appeared on my bank account. Practiced in the hotel industry very smoothly, since I thought that didnâ€™t happened any more, I never asked
Dog hairs were reported to the front deck upon arrival then noticed the lamp shade was hanging from the light bulb over the same sofa that was reported with dog hairs. It began to all make since in a way making me thing that the hotel had removed $100
