Pros (+) This is the best all around hotel in Omaha. The location cannot be beat--especially if you are traveling with a dog. It is adjacent to a large park and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and most or all have a full kitchen.
Cons (-) The AC was not working in our room, but we were moved promptly. One front desk person was a bit rude--the others were super.

Cons (-) Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We got there at 3:45 or so and they said our room wasn't ready yet, it would be "a couple minutes." So we decided to just go have a drink at one of the bars nearby. We came back at 5:15 and our room still wasn't ready. We again were told "a couple minutes." Cons (-) The room and the bath could use more cleaning. Mold was growing in the shower.
