Pros (+) Hotel staff was excellent, parking was easy and convenient, a great location for the area, and really nice water pressure in the shower.
Cons (-) The furniture in the room was visibly poor quality and full of small chips and small dings. The bathroom remodel looked like it had been completed by an 18 year old who watched some YouTube videos. Part of the coffee maker was also missing.

Pros (+) Great location. Many fun restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy.
Cons (-) The carpet was a little frayed and they didn’t give us enough towels. Breakfast was chaotic but able to keep up on food and dishes needs

Cons (-) I specifically reserved a king suit and at check in I was told that they were over booked on king rooms by 5 and that even though I booked a king they did not have to give me one, all they had to do was provide a room. Very disappointing and defeated the entire process of going through your site ahead of time to specifically reserve the room we wanted. Basically just like the airlines, overbooking...

Pros (+) Close to where I was visiting and easy to find. Room had a great view and eating establishments were in walking range. Breakfast was very good.

Pros (+) So close to so many things downtown/Old Market. Stayed at Hyatt, ate at Plank (excellent), many fine dining options, many nice places to have a drink, and even donut and coffee shops nearby, and a Subway across the street (restaurant). Lots to do in the area, makes this an EXCELLENT place to stay!
Cons (-) No complaints. Excellent room, very clean and spacious, excellent rate, and very high level of quality all around!
