Note that there is no elevator. The guests must carry their stuff to the 2nd or 3rd floor via stairs.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast each morning--biscuits and gravy, cereal, apple and orange juice coffee, hard boiled eggs, toast, and waffles. My hotel room was clean and very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, recliner, desk and chair, bed, and alarm clock. My room also had its own air conditioner. The next time I need to stay in Omaha, I will be staying here.
