Pros (+) For the most part, hotel staff is well trained and professional.
Cons (-) Asked to arrange for a taxi at a specific time the following morning. The next morning, the 'taxi' turned out to be a Suburban with some connection to the hotel with an 'unknown' price. When I objected and said that I felt mislead, the staff called a trusted regular taxi service that put me behind schedule.

Cons (-) People smoking at every doorway. Crazy party atmosphere downstairs. Noise everywhere. Used to bring family here, was never like this. Saw a man outside one of the back entrances relieving himself. Immediately checked out.
