Pros: Location was ok. Breakfast was good and included. Omelet station was great. Rooms are large. Cons: Rooms are very dated. Pros (+) Loved location. Close enough to parks without being on the busy main drag.
Cons (-) Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was almost non existent as thin as it was.

Pros (+) For the most part, hotel staff is well trained and professional.
Cons (-) Asked to arrange for a taxi at a specific time the following morning. The next morning, the 'taxi' turned out to be a Suburban with some connection to the hotel with an 'unknown' price. When I objected and said that I felt mislead, the staff called a trusted regular taxi service that put me behind schedule.

We picked this hotel specifically because the weather was supposed to be bad and it had an indoor pool, so that was a big bummer.
