Very good location, in the city center. Excellent breakfast. Small but confortable room. Professional staff. Good value for money.
The character of the hotel and its location made this a lovely change from the bland stereotypical offerings from the usual hotel chains.The breakfast was also first class.
Be aware that unloading luggage at the front door can be a problem due to a combination of lack of space and the tram cars passing by. It is also tricky to locate depite being very central due to traffic restrictions and said tram cars. My suggestion would be to park first in one of the nearby public car parks and walk to the hotel and assess the best way to get your luggage to the front door. Once you done this everything falls into place.
after booking the money for the room were blocked twice (they said just to check the validity of the card)
Location, location. location. The staff is very nice. Rooms are very clean.It is located near Louvre and some metro stations. Breakfast is fine.

There were only 2 sachets of coffee in the room. When we asked the night man for 2 more we were told that they had none available.It was due to the attitude of this member of staff that I marked staff as fair. The check in and out staff were excellent.
The Staff, both the reception desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very nice, well presented, and very well cared for. The rooms were clean and neat, great towels.
The lighting in our room was poor. Near the bed were only two small and very low height situated bedlights ... and there was only one other lamp in the room. raising the two lamps by the beds would improve the situation tremendously.
Hotel is located in a pedestrian area, so access to the hotel with a car is slightly confusing and hopefully not illegal :) It might be good to have this topic clarified in the hotel info...
