The rooms and service, facilities (food, leisure facilities etc) were all very good.
The room was cold as the heating did not work, we were moved to another room and a oil radiator was also put in the room, which made it allot warmer. Also the remote controls in both rooms did not work despite replacing them at reception.

Excellent hotel in a good location - particularly liked the always available coffee and tea, and the chance to make pancakes in the afternoon

Service at the reception was very good and friendly. We had a choice of different rooms and we had an opportunity to see them first. Beds were comfy. Evening buffet and pancaces were great.
The price was much higher than anywhere else and the area was not very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Also the fact that breakfast and "light" dinner came with the price of the room was excellent. It ws actually a dinner. It was an excellent value whicgh sometimes is hard to find in Europe.

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and tasty. We had tacos on the menu at the evening of our visit. Also no complaints about that because it was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, spacious and with a comfortable bed. Coffee and drinks are available during the whole day. In the afternoon we had delicious pancakes. Also really comfy to sit at the fireplace while you enjoy a coffee. Central train station (Oslo S) is located in 5 minutes walk from the hotel and downtown Oslo you reach in 10 minutes.”
