We enjoyed the relaxed and informal atmosphere and friendly staff who were there when we wanted them, but then melted into the background. The building and location were beautiful.

Ideal for a week-end in Palma. Walking around. Eating. Shopping. Close to historical parts of Palma. Placed in fantastic area of old town and very nicely renovated.
Don't get rooms towards the street. Allthough no traffic the narrow street is very noicy at night. Don't bring a car.

The location of the hotel was very good, easy walking to shops and restaurants. We had a junior suite which was really nice, very comfortable beds and a fabulous bathroom with huge luxury bath.The sitting room was comfy with a sofa and plenty of room to relax, we even had our own,private roof terrace.
We hardly saw any staff and on the first morning were a little confused when we went for breakfast and although cleaning staff came and went, there wasn´t anyone to prepare breakfast, although tables were set etc. In the end we went out, and later learnt that we had to telephone for someone to come, maybe this could have been clearly explained on arrival.
