Cons (-) Rooms too small, we had 4 beds which was nice but the room wasn't any bigger than a single room. Had to battle to get extra towels. They weren't very big or thick. AC ran the entire time, still had a damp feel to the room. bathroom/shower could use a exhaust fan.
