Cons: Vending machine took my money.

Cons: Its all about changing you fees and additional charges.

Cons: The staff obviously does not like it when you book 3rd party. also watch you stuff. Left personal Items at the pool. When I came back the were gone. When I went to lost and found the response was "yeah. That will happen ".

Cons: Restaurant was extremely overpriced. Paid $14 each for a terrible breakfast buffet. Most food items were cold and seemed like they all and out of the box.

Cons: Loved it all!!! Not one complaint!!!

Cons: Bathtub was dirty. My rooms weren't ready when I arrived an hour after check in time. No reason why my rooms shouldn't have been ready at 5:30 when check out time is 11. My plans were ruined waiting on my rooms.

Cons: Too noisey, showed kids movie poolside starting at 9pm, didn't care for that, some young folks hollering and yelling from balconies at 12 midnight. Breakfast buffet was not very good, not a good buy for the dollar. We spend nearly 60 days a year at hotels, this hotel was maybe a 3 star...only the beach and staff male it a little better.

Cons: Being kept awake until 2am by a DJ that the resort had hired. We weren't disillusioned about the fact it was spring break and the spring breakers were delightful. We never expected to be kept awake all night by the very place we were paying good money to relax. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear our TV or even speak to each other in anything but a loud voice......we were on the 9TH FLOOR. Inexcusable!!!!!! We will NEVER return to this hell hole.

Cons: There were a lot of extras and stipulations added into a contract that was emailed to me after I competed my booking on kayak. There was no room service, despite paying a $260 cleaning fee, also the contract stipulated that we had to clean the room ourselves before we left it (even though we payed a $260 cleaning fee). The listing said beach front but unless you get a 2 bedroom condo or above you end up across the street from the beach. The front desk staff was slow and didn't seem to know what was going on. They have 2 front desks and you have to check in at the main one and pay for your room then check in at a second one and pay for a parking pass, check in was a mess. The front desk is only open a few hours a day (I think 4pm-8pm) if you try to check in outside of those hours you have to wait till the next day. The hotel issues all the guests a wristband that your expected to wear during your whole stay to use the facility's, the wrist bad is not removable so if you plan on having a nice dinner or dressing nicely know that your gonna have to have a bright red hospital style paper and plastic bracelet that advertises "grand panama resort" on your wrist wherever you go. They would have to do considerable changes for me to return.

Cons: The facilities are still being renovated so we could hear annoying noises - one came from the ice maker but not sure of the origin of the second noise.

Cons: It was mostly closed down construction no one said a thing or it wasn't listed when we book

Cons: our view was of golf course and not bay or beach no blow dryer in room as most resorts furnish them; the one they provided for us was melted on the end and when I turned it on, smoke started billowing out from it. fitted sheets would not stay on bed. no hand towel hung in bathroom no shampoo was in bathroom and had to ask for it 2x to get some. ,our view was of golf course and not bay or beach

Cons: Rooms were dirty; windows were dirty; housekeeping didn't follow their standards; engineering didn't follow through until the second request. Hotel should be taken off line until the renovation is complete. Multiple safety issues in the Doral building from water in hallways, stairs appeared to be unsafe; carpet is outdated and what hotel doesn't have in room Wi-Fi? I paid a combined 774 and feel some type of reimbursement is owed.

Cons: Are room was not available when we arrived. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a substitute room that was a disaster. The headboard side of the mattress was 6" lower than the foot area. The bathroom vent and the coffee pot did not work. Tried to take a shower and the handle fell off. The balcony door would not open from the outside. The first night was a disaster.

Cons: The Hotel is old and run down. We ended up staying in a golf view room, away from main building and it was a filthy, dark room with low ceilings. Had only 1 chair in the room. Would I go again? No, not before renovated and upgraded.

Cons: Was hesitant to stay here because The Summit has the reputation of being a party place. It delivered. Many young adults drinking at the bar by the pool and making much noise until all hours of the night. Condo was nice overall but was not in the best condition. For instance, Refrigerator had rust on the outside. There were what looked like water stains (with mold) along ceilings. Baseboards and floor were dirty. It just looked beat up and old. Jets were not working in spa.

Cons: Arrived to horrible disgusting hallways with throw up filled towels right outside the run down elevators. Loud rap music bumping down the isle from our room for the frat party that was going on. Beds are uncomfortable and thin. Fridge was leaking on floor and tv and cable wasn't even plugged in.

Cons: Room was lacking and parking was cramped. A cheap hotel and a lot of partying.

Cons: When we got to the "Resort", which it wasn't, we were told the big pool would not be available for the rest of the week i was also told "pre" registration was running 45 minutes, but, I could not get my room yet. I am traveling with a 6 year old and having a pool as well as a room in time was very important. I tried to call and get my money back, but, the site I booked it through would not refund my money. I decided to go ahead and make the best of it. I made other arrangements to take granddaughter to pool at another resort. When we returned 8:00PM to check in, I was told registration was now taking a minimum of 2 hours. We could not wait with a child, so, we were forced to go find another hotel.

Cons: no housekeeper came during stay to empty trash or bring towels... maintenance was called to come check our toilet that was not flushing.... waited for almost an hour until my husband found a housekeeper that had a plunger on cart... maintenance never did show up...

Cons: Wasn't looking for five star and it wasn't but had no complaints for what I paid. Older motel like rooms but necessities were there.

Cons: The mattresses were not that comfortable and the pillows. The breakfast that you can purchase was pricey and didn't taste that well. It would be best to eat somewhere else.

Cons: What we didn’t like was: -the door wouldn’t lock/latch unless you pulled on it hard. -the tv was from the 90’s and the speakers were busted. -The bathroom was never updated and was rather gross. -The toilet sounded and felt like it was going to fall off the wall at any moment and shower/tub floor moved up and down. -the Boardwalk was bowed and screws were sticking up in random places -the food court had ridiculous prices

Cons: The wifi didn't work in the hotel rooms, which made it difficult to work. However, the resort did have signs up indicating that they were in a transition of remodeling. Also, the walls are kind of thin, so if you are placed next to a room with a family of a lot of kids that like to get up extremely early and go to be extremely late, don't expect to get much sleep.

Cons: Not much in the way of amenities. It's an older hotel that could use some updates.

Cons: It was bike week. We had no idea. Bands played half the night...shaking our walls. We had to park way down the street and walk back to hotel. Not very convenient for us. All the bikes and vendors were set up in the parking. Very tachy for the guest who are not apart of that stuff...they need to find a better way for their other paying guest.

Housekeeping went through all our bags while we were out when we contacted the front desk they said sorry we don't know who cleans the rooms. No wifi. Pools were closed and nobody knew why. Place was very dirty and falling apart. We will not be back. Horrible customer service.

Cons: Drunk teens everywhere people getting arrested rooms were disgusting and the hotel is in bad need of repairs and there's no way it's up to code

Cons: I disliked the fact that I was on the 3 outta 4 floors and my roof was leaking in the rain. Also very bad cable signal.

Cons: The bathroom was not up to par. Toilet was slanted so bad the seat would not stay up and it was so low to the ground felt like i was sitting on the floor with my knees at my chin.

Cons: All things can better. This hotel is the worst hotel ever and should not be rented. complaints are by no means taken seriously. different employees give different answers to complaints so my conclusion is that people just lie about complaints.

Cons: I have pictures! Wrong room. Still paid for it! :( no cold water! Once fixed the water wouldn't shut off. Dirty room. Sand in sheets. Dirty coffee pot. No pillow cases. Tv didn't work. Suppose to have a balcony on ocean side and got a dirty window and a view of only the gazebo. Staff didn't clean room or surrounding area. Gross, will not be recommending to anyone.
