Pros (+) The name sounds nice. And location is on Panglao
Cons (-) I'm sorry to say but the "Resort" should be closed until it is completely renovated and rebuilt. As far as I can tell there are only two rooms available for rent. You are essentially walking into a complete disaster. Repeat with dogs and cats, cement mixers etc. If you are ok with sleeping in a local bamboo hut with cement floor and a hole in the floor for a bathroom then you will survive. If you ...
