Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, proximity to public transport, and the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including reports of bed bugs, dirty carpets, and bathrooms in need of renovation. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced indifferent or unresponsive service. The value for money is generally appreciated, but recurring problems with cleanliness and maintenance detract from the overall experience.
