Great location....itty bitty room.
Location was great. Front desk staff were very helpful, even if the night receptionist was a bit groggy when we woke up early for our taxi to the airport.
Room was so small that 2 people getting ready at the same time was nearly impossible. Nowhere to lay out the suitcases if you wanted to open the doors. Cleaning staff were inconsistent: one day we got all new towels, the next, only 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Not horrible, but still had to head to the front desk for a towel. I won't stay here again. The location wasn't worth the cramped space.

location, location, location. And although the rooms are Paris-sized, they are very well laid out, making a lot more space for our stuff that an ordinary hotel room. Separate closet space for each of us.

The location is excellent. You are a few steps from the metro and there is easy access to all the tourist locations. You have a view of the Eiffel tower from your window. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
Towels were dirty so you have to check before using them. When we arrived the previous occupants left a lot of stuff in the ref which were starting to go bad. It made a foul smell in the room. The blankets in the upper cabinet have been used so we didn't dare use them.

“1. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. 2. The location is perfect - one of the best arrondissements (16) of Paris, full of beautiful buildings, nice restaurants and cozy cafes. Trocadero square is just across the hotel. Subway station is also extremely close. 3. Room is nice, well-designed and had Eiffel Tower view. You can enjoy Eiffel Tower's sparkling inside your room. Sleeping was comfortable, even though the windows were on the street side. 4. There are at least 4 different restaurants around the hotel, where you can have a breakfast (and other meals)”

“Clean. Simple and allows ur money to go further. Great value economical option. The customer service is great. They took my nerds into consideration and allowed me to check out a bit later or if it wasn’t possible they kept my bags in the storeroom. And weren’t mean like some other hotels. They exceeded themselves for me. A big thank you to all the gentleman I met at reception. An iron was sent quickly when I asked for it etc.”
“I chose this hotel for its location - perfect for the metro and Eiffel Tower but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt safe walking out to see the tower lit up at 10pm. I've tried lots of hotels within Paris but decided on this international hotel for reassurance during the pandemic. The reception was screened and there was sanitiser handy and no problem not speaking French. The room was small but clean and neatly appointed. Our windows overlooked the street but there was no noise disturbance. We didn't have breakfast as I thought it was a touch expensive. There are local eateries, some more expensive than others. If you walk back towards Victor Hugo metro stop, there are pleasant shops, cafes and bakeries that are less touristy. A few shut places due to Covid but mostly it's business as usual.”
