Pros (+) The location was excellent, very near a Metro station and close to major attractions and great restaurants.
Cons (-) The service was non existant. The clerk told us our room was 22 and we had to ask for the key. That’s it. When we'd leave or come back, whoever was at the front desk would ignore us. No bonjour, no welcome, no welcome back. When we checked-out, the clerk asked if we'd had the breakfast or taken anything from the mini fridge.
