Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near train stations and metro, making it very convenient for travel. However, many reviews mention significant issues with the elevator being out of service, causing inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage. Cleanliness is another common concern, with several guests noting dirty rooms, mold, or poor maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff are described as friendly, others are reported as unprofessional or unhelpful. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, elevator maintenance, and service quality.
